As the program progresses, I'll introduce the option to use light dumbbells, a resistance band, a Pilates ball, and other tools, but body weight modifications are always included.

Nope. Zero. The 10-Day program starts from the very beginning — if you’ve never done Pilates in your life, Day 1 was literally made for you.
A mat. That’s it for Day 1. As you move through the program, you’ll have the option to add a Pilates ball, a resistance band, or light dumbbells, but everything can be done body weight only. I’ll always give you that option.
Most are around 30 minutes, so even on your busiest day, you can still show up.
Not at all. The program is designed to be done in order, but at your pace. Take a rest day, take a week, it’s not going anywhere. You can also go back and repeat any session whenever you want.
Every single workout has modifications for low back pain, injuries, and pre/postnatal needs. That said, definitely check with your doctor before starting anything new.
Forever. Once you join, it’s yours. Come back whenever you want.
